Intraoperative scalp management in craniofacial surgery.
Abstract
A simple hair-braiding technique is presented as an adjunct for the intraoperative management of the scalp in patients undergoing craniofacial reconstruction with exposure through a coronal incision. The method is described, and its practical advantages over standard approaches are discussed.
