Retention of a composite dressing for alveolopalatal wounds.
Abstract
The benefits of a commercial periodontal dressing (eugenol versus noneugenol) in alveolopalatal wound closure are reviewed. Three techniques are presented to enhance the retention of a composite alveolopalatal dressing.
