An improved draping method for otoplastic surgery.
Abstract
An alternative method of draping of the ears is presented in which a mesh gauze dressing is used as an adjunctive method for restraining hair from the surgical field. Its use is rapid and permits exposure and visibility of the ears bilaterally.
