Functional oromandibular reconstruction using a sternum pectoralis major osteomyocutaneous composite flap.
Abstract
A case in which a partial defect of the mandible and an extensive defect of the adjacent soft tissue were reconstructed by using a composite osteomusculocutaneous flap of the pectoralis major with sternal bone, is presented.
