A reduction mammaplasty with legal implications.
Abstract
The case of a reduction mammaplasty is presented in which the result was unsatisfactory because the nipples were located too high. The patient instituted a lawsuit against her plastic surgeon but lost the case. The cause and prevention of this poor result are discussed. The legal implications are analyzed by an attorney.
