The treatment of fractures involving the frontobasal region.
Abstract
The treatment of frontobasal fractures has been reported with special reference to involvement of the upper paranasal sinuses. The importance of primary reconstruction of nasal, orbital, and cranial cavities by bone grafts after thorough debridement is stressed.
