Modified three-wall orbital expansion to correct persistent exophthalmos or exorbitism.
Abstract
It is believed that a variation of the 3-wall orbital expansion of Tessier can be used to correct persistent exophthalmos, as well as exorbitism. The operation is described, and the results in 3 patients are shown.
