Complicated neck contracture treated with a pectoralis major myocutaneous flap.
Abstract
A case is presented which demonstrates the use of a pectoralis major myocutaneous flap for repair in a heavily radiated neck and chest, with neck contracture and a tracheocutaneous fistula.
