A technique for preservation of nasal projection in midface advancement.
Abstract
The execution of this procedure has proved to have lower morbidity than a complete cranio-facial separation. We have performed this technique upon eight patients when the opportunity to tailor this operation more precisely to the defect has proved most beneficial.
