Basic Operative technique.
Abstract
Some of the basic principles of wound healing have been reviewed. Observation of these principles can contribute to patient comfort, early return to a normal state, and a more pleasant appearance of the wound. A treatment for keloid overgrowth of a scar and a simple technique for rapid but careful closure of the skin have also been presented.
