Problems in the reconstruction of the inner canthus and the lacrimal duct.

The problems of reconstruction of the destructed mesial lid angle are discussed. Correct evaluation of the lesion is very important. Depending on whether primary or secondary reconstruction has to be done, different technical approaches are recommended. A personal technique of reconstruction of the lacrimal duct is described. This technique has given very satisfactory results.
