Abstract

The global shortage of structured aesthetic surgery training persists across diverse healthcare systems. In response, we propose a flexible hybrid model that integrates academic institutions, private sector collaborations, and industry resources. Recognizing the heterogeneity in training environments, we outline a structured, stepwise framework adaptable to local contexts. This model addresses curricular design, infrastructure, financial sustainability, and governance. Through context-sensitive implementation, it offers a pathway to ethically sound, financially viable, and educationally robust aesthetic surgery training worldwide.
