The SPAIR mammaplasty.
Abstract
The SPAIR mammaplasty is a technically straight-forward and reliable technique for managing the excessively large or ptotic breast that gives consistent and stable results over time. Advantages related to improved shapes with limited postoperative shape change should encourage the serious student of breast surgery to be familiar with the technique and concepts involved. It is recommended as an excellent option for women seeking reduction or mastopexy.
