Management of seroma in abdominoplasty.
Abstract
Seroma formation after combined abdominoplasty-suction lipectomy procedures is usually a self-limiting condition. However, if drainage persists, seroma formation becomes a complication. The author provides guidelines for avoiding this complication and taking appropriate treatment measures.
