[Upper palpebral dermolipectomy].
Abstract
The classical techniques of superior blepharoplasty involve a preliminary determination of the quantity of excess skin. The author decided it would be useful to only determine the skin resection during the operation, as in the case of abdominal dermolipectomy. Blepharoplasty, performed in this way, is more precisely adapted when a frontal facelift is performed at the same time.
