Medical mentoring: a personal experience.

The American College of Surgeons directs us to encourage mentoring situations, but many people are unaware of how easy it can be. Those of you in a formal program are mentoring constantly, every single day. But in addition to the 100 or so training facilities on the United States, there are 5000 individual plastic surgeons who are ideally situated to participate on mentoring.
