【연구 목적】 요골 결손과 척골 중복, 다지증을 특징으로 하는 희귀 선천성 상지 기형인 척골 중복증(Ulnar dimelia) 또는 거울 손(mirror hand)의 임상적 특징을 기술하고, Buck-Gramcko의 원리를 적용한 일단계 엄지 재건술(one-stage thumb reconstruction) 기법을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다.

Abstract
Ulnar dimelia ("mirror hand") is a rare congenital anomaly of the upper extremity characterized by duplication of the ulna, absence of the radial ray, and polydactyly. A case report is presented in which the patient had seven triphalangeal digits arranged in a radial cluster of three and an ulnar cluster of four. Emphasis is placed on the technique of one-stage thumb reconstruction with the use of the principles described by Buck-Gramcko.
