[A method of correction of macromastia with total gland removal and integration with upper pedicle skin flaps].

Abstract
An original method for the correction of macromastia is presented. The advantages of radical removal of the gland when this is desirable for anatomical, pathological and clinical reasons are combined with cosmetic benefits, since breast protuberance is regained by the use of upper pedicle skin flaps obtained by de-epithelialisation of the skin that previously covered the gland.
